Early Years and What Inspired Him
Dr. Anjum Azam’s journey of kindness and care began early in his life. As a young man, he was deeply moved when he saw the difficulties faced by families in his own neighborhood who could not afford basic needs. Taking on a great responsibility, Dr. Anjum Azam began to look for ways to support them, helping with whatever he had. This early experience of seeing the struggle of the poor left a lasting mark on him. It was during this time that his care for the suffering of others began to grow. Seeing people in distress created a strong wish in him to help those who were going through hard times. These experiences shaped his character and made him commit his life to easing the pain of those in need. Driven by the goal of making a better world, Dr. Anjum Azam started Mehnat Qash to create a helpful organization that provides real support to the community.

Dr. Anjum Azam believes that helping people is a collective effort. From the very start, he built a team that also cared deeply about making a difference. Together, they work day and night to manage the Mehnat Qash foundation. His team plays a big role in running the Noor-e-Hidayat education program and the Mehnat Qash skills center. Their teamwork shows a strong commitment to helping people, no matter their background or social standing.
Establishing Mehnat Qash: A Vision Becomes Reality
Even though starting a new organization is difficult, Dr. Anjum Azam decided to help those in need. He initially started with small charity acts, and soon, his idea grew into the Mehnat Qash foundation. By asking the public for help and getting support from the community, he gathered enough money to start different projects, like the Safe Water program and Ration Distribution. This turned his dream into a real foundation that helps many people every day.
